What is Experience Design?
Companies such as Apple or Southwest Airlines, have built their success on more than good products, good customer services, or a good website. They have created a unique and carefully crafted “experience” their customers recognize and love. Experience design looks at every aspect of your relationship with your customers and helps you translate what your company has to offer in a consistent and oustanding customer experience.
Experience design practitioners start by looking at the unique benefits your company offers to your clients and learning about your clients’ goals and needs. This knowledge about your company and your client is used to define the experience requirements.
Experience design also include user-centered design of user interfaces: websites and applications your customers use to do business with your company and your employees use to do their job.
